Our firm was founded by Ted
Beringer in 1979 as The Mid-Atlantic Companies,
Ltd. |
|
|
In the 1980's and
early 1990's Mid-Atlantic grew to become a nationwide advisory enterprise
with offices in many major metropolitan areas. |
|
|
In the late
1990's our firm's operations were acquired by Wachovia
Bank. |
|
|
Many of our 100+
employees and principals were employed by Wachovia. |
|
|
In the early years
after 2000, the successor firms, Beringer & Company, Strategic
Business Advisors, LLC and BC Advisors LLC were formed by the former principals
of The Mid-Atlantic Companies, Ltd. |

Today these 3
companies have become The Beringer Group. |
