Ted is a nationally-recognized financial advisor to some of the wealthiest families in the country. He was also the founder and Chairman of The Mid-Atlantic Companies, Ltd., a nationwide, full-service, financial services firm specializing in the needs of private business owners and their families. Mid-Atlantic's operations were acquired by Wachovia Bank in 1998. Ted is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Oklahoma.

JAMES B. ALDRICH, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jim is the former Chairman of Mid-Atlantic Business Planning Services; former Senior Vice President Corporate Planning and Development of Unisys Corporation (Sperry); former CIO of US Airways; and former owner and Chairman of Wilkada Packaging Corporation. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

CHRISTOPHER M. BERINGER, PRESIDENT
Chris has gained extensive experience advising high net worth families who wish to establish family offices and/or family investment companies. He has advised many HNW Families in regard to the feasibility, design, staffing, transitioning and IT operations of Family Offices and Family Investment Companies.  Chris has direct experience transitioning private businesses with intergenerational issues since 2004. ANTHONY J. JONIKAS, CPA, MBA, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tony has over 20 years of experience in advising closely-held businesses in mergers and acquisitions. He was a partner in the accounting firm of Crowe Chizek & Company, LLC, and was a principal founder of that firm's investment banking group, Crowe Capital Markets LLC. Tony received a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Tony is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Jeffrey has 15 years of publicity, event organization and online marketing experience, specializing in Spanish speaking US and Latin American markets.  He has worked for KQED San Francisco, the Bay Area Video Coalition, the Vancouver Language Learning Center, and the County of San Diego.  He owns an entertainment company and has promoted theatrical and live music events in the US and abroad since 2003.  Jeffrey holds a B.A. from Haverford College.
